William Doss

William F. (Billy) Doss Jr. is a native of Jasper, Alabama. Billy graduated from Walker High School in 1982 and attended Walker College to attain a degree in Business. While in college, Billy begin employment with Alabama Power Company, advancing throughout different positions in leadership roles over the past 31 years. For the last 4 years, Billy has been the Business Office Manager at the Dora Office in Dora, Alabama.

Billy Doss is dedicated to serving the Walker County community. He is the Vice-President of the East Walker Chamber of Commerce, Vice-Chairman of Walker County Community Action, Vice-President of Jasper Kiwanis, Chairman of Track and Field Day, Board Member for Salvation Army and Capstone Rural Health Center, and volunteers with Alabama Power Service Organization (APSO), Backyard Blessings, Mission of Hope, Community Action, and Bass Tournaments and other Chamber events.

Billy Doss is the Minister of Music at Blooming Grove Baptist Church. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, kayaking, and spending time with his family. Billy and his wife, Kathy, have been married for 30 years and have 3 children: Tyler, 27 (Wife: Laurie), Dalton, 22 and Lexi, 8.
