About Capstone Hilltop Health

Capstone Health, in partnership with Walker County Schools, has opened Hilltop Health. Hilltop Health is open to serve all Carbon Hill School students and employees. Dedicated to providing the following services:


  • Routine Medical Exams, Well-Child Exams, Sick Child Visits
  • EPSDT Visit
  • School & Sports Physicals
  • Labs, Immunizations, Blue Slips
  • Hearing & Vision Screenings
  • Treatment for chronic conditions (diabetes, asthma)
  • Treatment for illness (strep throat, ear infection, pink eye)
  • Treatment for injuries (scrapes, strains, cuts)
  • Counseling for nutrition
  • Counseling for mental health
