About Capstone Viking Health
Capstone Health, in partnership with Jasper City Schools, opened Viking Health. Viking Health is open to serve all Jasper City School students and employees. Dedicated to providing the following services:
- Routine Medical Exams, Well-Child Exams, Sick Child Visits
- EPSDT Visit
- School & Sports Physicals
- Labs, Immunizations, Blue Slips
- Hearing & Vision Screenings
- Treatment for chronic conditions (diabetes, asthma)
- Treatment for illness (strep throat, ear infection, pink eye)
- Treatment for injuries (scrapes, strains, cuts)
- Counseling for nutrition
- Counseling for mental health
