Certified Application Counselors are available at all Capstone locations. Walk-Ins Welcome, but that does not guarantee an appointment on that time or day.

What to Expect

• Friendly, certified, insurance enrollment specialist to help you apply for Alabama Medicaid & ALLKIDS/CHIP, Medicare, or the Affordable Care Act (also known as ObamaCare).
• Special Enrollment Period options available outside Annual Open Enrollment.
• The application process can typically take up to 30-45 minutes.
• Approval or denial for either program is granted by Alabama Medicaid and the Health Insurance Marketplace, and not by the Certified Application Counselor.
