Capstone Health Center is always accepting new patients with Commercial & Private Insurances, Medicare, Medicaid and Uninsured for Telehealth visits. Capstone provides all levels of primary & preventative health care services. Patients should check-in 15 minutes early for Telehealth visits. Co-payments or Nominal Fee are due at time of service.
